I grew up on a farm in Ireland, have travelled, lived and worked quite a bit through Europe, Africa, Australia and Asia. I moved to Boulder in Colorado a year ago and this is the longest I’ve been in one place fir quite some time.

Right now I’d like to explore and surf (as in on a surfboard) the coast of California after being land locked for over a year. I’m on a budget and camping in my rooftop tent but am hoping to meet some people along the way.

More than I could list, I’m an avid reader, mostly biographical, classics and fiction, I like Peter Carey a lot. I like European and Australian movies, big fan of Rolf De Heer, but I also loved Pulp Fiction, Trainspotting, Etrnal Sunshine..

Made a dugout canoe and paddled around lake Malawi, lived there for some time in a remote community.
