I spent 6 and a half months last year living in Thailand, I spent a month travelling around before settling down in a small town by the beach, splitting my time between the town and one of its closed of bays you could only get to by boat

Heading back to Thailand for a month in September before going to Australia I definitely.

I want to travel alone for short breaks and feel like couchsurfing would better this experience more than staying in generic hostels would.

I prefer going off the beaten path and locals can help me out with this way more than tripadvisor or lonely planet ever could.

Music - I like good music so just about anything really, if I had to pick a single genre it would be reggae.

Movies - Films are a big hobby of mine and again I like pretty much anything but dramas and thrillers are top of the list, films based on true stories are also up there.
