Hey! I am Ciara

I am an Irish student looking to meet new people from around the world. I love travelling and it has made me a more open-minded and positive person.

- I am studying Business Information Systems in University and this is my last summer FREE until I graduate so I am looking to make the most of it...

SUMMER PLAN: June / July : Volunteering in Finland with refugees, helping them integrate into Finnish society (I want to try to be a more active global citizen and I find empowering other people, very rewarding.)

July/August: Then I plan to travel as much of Europe as I can fit into 6 weeks. I am looking to meet people who are also open-minded and who can share their culture with me through great conversations and stories! I want to learn about other cultures and the best way to do this, is by meeting people :)

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I want to explore Europe this summer. I would love to meet people who can introduce me to their culture and give me a great insight into the world around them. I want to be more open-minded about the world. I also want to see many of the popular tourist sites in Europe both historical and scenic. If you could show me around the area or give me tips : that would be great!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I like all types of music, movies and books.

I love going to concerts and love listening to music.

I also love Netflix! I watch loads of different TV series, and love a good documentary!

I don't read as many books as I would like to,unfortunately :(

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

This June I am heading to Tampere, Finland to volunteer with refugees from Syria / Iraq / Iran and help them integrate into Finnish society. I am super excited to have an opportunity to empower the refugees.
