ABOUT ME

I just turned 21 & I'm still shy when first meeting new people. I'm very open-minded however, as a result of living in California all my life, & can make friends with just about anyone willing to let me. I'm a full time student that tries to go out and have fun with friends whenever I can. I have a very blended heritage, but mostly recognize my American-Irish & Swedish roots. I'm always very even tempered & relaxed. My friends would describe me as "a sweet caring guy that puts his best friends first, himself second, and gives other people mutual respect that has to be lost rather than earned."

PHILOSOPHY

I love having long deep conversations with people, but am not as big a fan of arguing(about something serious). I like messing around, in jest & having fun, but when it comes to an issue where two opinions seriously conflict I always prefer to concede. I follow the belief of "To each his own" and therefore would rather be open-minded about how someone see's something, than to press how I see it.

I love music & friendly people. Whenever I go to a party those are the things that I stay for. I like fashion & shopping(on a budget), even though I have to drive out of town to find it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my favorite moments of all time happened when me and my best friend were getting a little tipsy hanging out late at night by the pool. We had both been having a rough time lately & were just talking about life in general. My friend told me a story, that he had never told anyone before, about something that had been done to him when he was little & when he finally turned to look at me I saw that he was crying. He let out one of his short little laughs of his and I could see the weight that had been bearing down on him lift off. I looked him in the eye as we talked about how things were going to get better & I really felt as if I could see him for exactly who he was. Soul completely exposed, two best friends talking it out. I've never felt closer to another person then I did right then, relaxing on a warm summer night with my best buddy.
