ABOUT ME

I am a 25 year old girl from Denmark. I love traveling and meeting new people. My plan is to become a teacher in history and Danish. I am a very active person who loves sports like soccer, running and all kinds of psysical activities you can do outdoors.
I grew up on a farm so nature is important to me. Fresh air, down to earth people and a lot of humor.
Ive traveled New Zealand in 2010 for 4 months which was the best experience I've had. I always go traveling with an open mind, and I find what makes traveling so amazing is meeting so many different people with different cultures and ways of life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never tried couchsurfing for real. When I traveled around California in summer 2012 I did some kind of couchsurfing. Through familymembers living in Fresno I found friends of my family to stay with down the west coast, and same in San Francisco where I stayed with the parents of a guy I met for one day in New Zealand. I love how it takes nothing to find a place to sleep and to meet such openminded people who trust you and lets you into their world. That is why I would really like to continue evolving my network around the world to learn and grow through experiences and stories of fellow travelers :)

Interests

I play soccer, and do alot of running. Love hiking and feel best when I get at least 10 of walking every day.

Skydiving in New Zealand.
Walked on the camino de Santiago de compostela (270 km)
Found my soulmate in a bar in Budapest - best friends ever since.
Quit journalist school to become a teacher instead :)
