I'm crazy about dogs, and a consultant for the ASPCA, as well as a dog trainer and behavior consultant. I'm a naturalist and amateur mycologist. I love to tinker, do art, and build things. I'm an urban forager.

I like all kinds of music, and usually have something playing in the background of my life. We also like NPR, Moth Radio, Snap Judgement and This American Life.
I love to read, most of my reading lately has been aloud, cool kids books, Mysterious Benedict Society series, Calpurnia Tate, Wildwood series, and LOTR.
