I'm an almost-graduated college student who can speak Chinese-Cantonese proficiently. I absolutely adore books and I'm a die-hard Goodreads member/fan. I always dreamed of writing or being an author, but I settled on being a business accounting major. I currently volunteer for the IRS filing lower-income households' returns, which is more fun than I anticipated. I'm absolutely fantastic at telling uninteresting stories (so I'll hype you up to nothing and you'll get mad at me).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've always loved the idea of travelling, but I've never taken the plunge because of how expensive it can get. One of my best friends talked about their great experience with this site when they were studying abroad in the UK, so here I am. :)

I'm a huge Taylor Swift fan (go ahead, judge me) and Of Monsters & Men. I also love Latin music as much as I love dance to it (bachata, merengue, and salsa!). Some of my favorite movies include Fight Club, Pitch Perfect, Ip Man, Inception, The Dark Knight series, The Other Guys, & Moulin Rouge. And books? WHERE DO I START!? Harry Potter series (duh!), anything Ilona Andrews, Mercy Thompson series, Catch-22, In Cold Blood, The Picture of Dorian Gray, The Fall of Giants, and Fight Club.
