Hi, I'm Cindy!
I've also been one for adventure and getting to know new people. Some would say I'm a bit of the gypsy as I seem to go wherever the wind blows. However, my chaos is actually organized and set on some deep personal values. I value quality time with others, being my truest self, discovering (and tasting) new things, and seeing things from new perspectives.
This has lead me to working as a Registered Dietitian, and a wedding photographer. Those professions may seem diverse, but they both encompass my love of getting to know people in a space where they can be authentic. This inspires me everyday!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couch surfing because I love to travel, but first and foremost, I truly enjoy connecting with different people. I don't discriminate against age or gender, as I simply want to know what gets you excited!
Life is an amazing web of emotions and experiences, and I believe that couch surfing can facilitate that.

Interests

I have a love of design, visual art and photography, and painting. I also love to cook, especially asian fusion and mexican cuisine. I am also a lover of the great outdoors, fresh air, yoga, and skiing moutains!

My tastes in music are rather eclectic as I have collected music from my diverse life experiences travelling, and getting to know people from all walks of life.
I love Brene Browns books, The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck is also a recent favourite.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 20 I had the courage to pursue my dreams, and leave my traditional degree behind for some time to work as a yacht stewardess aboard a superyacht, and save my money to study photography in Vancouver. This was all a dream that I decided to make a reality by simply jumping ship! To this day, I have no regrets, and I have amassed a kind of education that I classify as the school of life.
