I moved to Vancouver Island close to 2 years ago, where I live with my partner and his lovely daughter. I am a social, out going, open minded - free thinker and optimistic person. I do what I can to live each day with gratitude and integrity. I have done a bit of traveling, and can not wait to do more! I love good food, healthy living, wine, and trying to pack in as many good times as possible.

A very close friend of mine had a great experience hosting, being hosted as well as connecting at meet up events. She suggested I give it a try. She has so many positive stories to share, I could not pass it up.

I love being out doors -hiking, kayaking, being at the beach, camping, bbqing, traveling, skateboarding.. I totally dig live music, sharing good food/drinks/recipes, farmers markets, arty-crafty things, chilling on a patio, cheesy jokes.. (this is starting to sound like a dating web site..)

I left the province I called home for 33 years, and moved across the country, on my own. First to Kelowna to go to school, then Vancouver. Now to Vancouver Island. I left a solid group of wonderful people and my family, to come to beautiful B.C.

I would love to expand my (basic) cooking skills, learn to knit, and to surf. I would like to get into rock climbing, learn to tie all kinds of knots, and whistle through my fingers. I am happy to share my knowledge Holistic Nutrition and what that looks like for anyone interested.
