ABOUT ME

I am originally from Mexico, married to a Mexican man. I am studying a PhD in Museum Studies but I am originally a historian. I love travelling, knowing local food and flavours, music, pets, politics, painting and dancing.

兴趣

I study a lot; but whenever I can I like to travel. I used to walk my dog when I had one. I don't have it now but I like a lot to walk, to see architecture while walking, listening to music, buying postcards in the art museums I visit. I love going to local markets and see the local foods and ingredients. I don't like cold weather but I have had to adapt to rainy and cold English weather!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Amazing things I've seen:
- Muse's last concert in London was AMAZING! Also Radiohead's and Leonard Cohen's.
- Seeing an enormous rainbow behind a really dark blue sky, on one side, and the last bit of afternoon sun on the other, that reminded me of a painting of John Everett Millais called "The blind girl".
Amazing things I've done:
- I got a national price for my masters dissertation ! (a bit academic though...). Nothing exciting!
- I could play Bartok piano pieces when I was 15 years old (I have forgotten them by now...)
