ABOUT ME

First of all, I am IN LOVE with laughter. I grew up on SNL, Kids in the Hall, Absolutely Fabulous and my cartoons were Dr. Katz and Puff the Magic Dragon. HOW F'D UP IS THAT!

Regardless, I laugh at everything now... Even in the midst of a fight. Not sure if I'd be able to make it through a funeral. Ahh!!

I'd say I am a pretty stereotypical Sagittarius with Capricorn rising and Leo moon. Oh, HOWEVER! I was raised by the most beautiful and bestest Cancer mom. :) So I do believe I'm a lot more sensitive and in touch with my emotions than a typical Sagittarius with Capricorn rising and Leo moon.

I am also a very passionate person, and I love getting in touch with all of my senses and feeling the Present. I love getting to know people, I love the fact that everyone has their own reasons and their own paths. But I don't want to get to know everyone. That's too tiring. I'm not that passionate.

Hmmmmm... I think this is me participating right now. Offering my couch and being offered a couch and traveling the world and meeting new people and getting new ideas constantly and whatnot. I have yet to join a CS party or anything.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Let's see... My mom's ex-boyfriend's sister who once lived in San Francisco offered us a bedroom, which I'm very grateful for since it was my first time *really* experiencing SF AND it was in the Castro. I don't remember much else CS experiences I've had, but DEAR EMMANUELLE from France. She and especially my mom are the ones who motivated me to join this site. Anyway, Emmanuelle slept at my house once and we had a really fun time making scones with bits of potatoes in them!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd love to teach people how to appreciate aesthetic and guide them through how they would like to design their home. I'd love to learn from others (or someone) how to enjoy every moment like a kid. Kids aren't self-conscious. And "Sharing"... Hmm... this sounds extremely cheesy, but I'm more than happy with just sharing each others' perspectives. And food. Haha.
