About Me

taking the one less traveled by

I'm a pretty laid back person, and always interested in new experiences. Seeing live music is my absolute favorite thing in the world (combined with travel...perfect.),

looking forward to meeting you!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

been hosted in various places -- seriously, every single one has been a lovely experience. traveling with other couchsurfers that you meet along the way for a few days or a few weeks is also pretty great. i finally have a chance to host and am thrilled to have an opportunity to give back to cs!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

when i was pretty young i got the chance to walk from the top to the bottom of the giant Buddha in Leshan in China, and that was probably one of the coolest things i've ever done.

more recently, in New Zealand there have been some pretty cool moments (fjords, dolphins, glowworm caves) for a kid from Montana!

Teach, Learn, Share

re: Learn ---

I am very interested in learning to cook, and if you are a host who happens to enjoy cooking: I'm always happy to provide the food for the meal if you'd be up for teaching me how to make a dish you love!

Also, if you speak one of the languages I'm working on I'd be so grateful for any practice. :)
