Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

10.000 years before you were offered a cold cave and a iron-stick to hunt your supper ... if you CS with me I'll guarantee you a warm cuddly place to stay and a warm tasteful supper -- whatmore does one need!?

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My 1st experience was surfing Robert's couch at Frejus, France - what can one say of "1st times" ... it's always a "special" thing, and as such I'll surely remember it!

Interests

I can let myself be amazed by many things very easily - like that I am interested in ANYTHING and NOTHING in the same time; that leaves enough space for EVERYTHING possible:) ... but surely right now I am mostly interested in GAINING NEW CS EXPERIENCE!!!

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: Doris Lessing, T.C Boyle, Mark Twain, M. Ende,C. Dickens, John Irving, Shakespeare, Uderzo, Otto, Sartre, Brecht, Platon, Kierkegaard, Moravia, Goethe, Heine, Baudelaire ... Books that give me a good feeling but also a view to the senseful things of live and offer me perspectives to interesting characters!

Movies: I am an excessive CINEAST! I "inhale" all kind of independend & arthouse movies, short films, documentations, etc. that still manage to "surprise" me (that are not as predictable as most of them are:)- I prefer "moving art pictures" with good mime/character roles;

Music: Everything (from Classic to Hard Rock)that consists of more than 2 chords. Seriously, good handmade music (live concerts) with virtuous musicians are life essentials:) I'm also trying to keep up and improve my guitar & drum skills ...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I do not want to pick one particular out ... It might be wonderful landscapes, supernovas, some wonderful poem or lyrics that have been written, some melody that strikes you deeply, some warmth of human touch ... nothing should be named as "the most special one" as that would only set a limit;
