Claire and Maria (a couple) and their best friend Sarah are travelling Germany, Spain and The Netherlands for four weeks from late July to early August.

Claire - Aussie conservationist doing work in bush regeneration and fire management. Loves the live music scene, her AFL fam and puppy daughter Maya.
Maria - Latina living in Australia with my beautiful partner and our puppy Maya. I am a nurse and pursue my love of art in my spare time and days off.
Sarah - Boss guitarist, beat boxer and dog enthusiast. I teach guitar and in my spare time love a good Netflix series, buying more plant babies from the nursery and collabing with other musicians around Brisbane.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We're travelling in Europe for 4 weeks and are hoping to find some fun people to meet and stay with along the way. We've booked accomodation for some of the time but hoping we can supplement it with some new friends from couchsurfing. We're looking forward to meeting some locals and not just seeing the tourist side of the cities we visit but also how locals live and what they love about their cities.

We've chosen places as we're visiting friends (in Germany and Spain) and some family (in The Netherlands), and to have an awesome adventure together.

We've never been on Couchsurfing before but Sarah's girlfriend recommended we give it a shot as she had some awesome experiences and met some lovely people.

Maria - Started a new life in a new country with a new language and culture.
