Hi!

My name is Claire. I live in chilly Thunder Bay; a perfect place to be if you love the outdoors, which I do! I enjoy downhill skiing, snowboarding, running, biking, hiking and camping. A day spent out in the sun or under the stars is always perfect.

I love anything that has to do with words. I read, journal and write lots of letters and postcards. I'm part of a really neat project called Postcrossing. "Send a postcard and receive one back from a random person on the other side of the world." Consequently, I have a mad obsession with stamps, stickers and fancy pens.

I'm a yoga addict, an art enthusiast and a tea lover. I adore all things creative. - Painting, drawing, doodling, collaging, baking, hand crafting jewellery and making candles... I'm in love with the hands-on messiness of getting creative and fashioning something extraordinary.

The dream: to travel the world, meet amazing people and learn loads about different cultures and traditions. I think we're empowered by all that we know. All that we've seen, experienced and done. I want to stretch my fingers past Canada and see something new. I want to learn, see, experience and do...

As a guest, I'm easy going and keep my space clean and organized. If your home becomes my home for a few days, I promise that I will treat it like my own!!
