Hi!! My name is Claire, I’m currently a Junior at University of Washington studying social work. I spent a year before college traveling with my best friend through Southeast Asia (Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, and Vietnam), as well as Europe (UK, France, and Bulgaria) all self funded. My friend and I used couch surfing through a lot of our travels, and some of my best memories were built with the people we met through this app. I find so much joy connecting with people in the places I visit, and learning about a new culture through those connections. In my free time, I am either coaching climbing, crafting, cooking, rock climbing, or hanging with friends! I love to be outside, and be with nature when I can. I make a lot of my own clothing and jewelry, and would love to share this passion with anyone who is interested! Art and knowledge is meant to be shared. I love to learn, and having discussions with people from diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and cultures is my favorite way to expand my knowledge. I am a tidy person and I strive to put a lot of effort into being a kind and considerate guest.
