ABOUT ME

I'm Claire, 21 and refusing to get any older. As I see it, I'm at that perfect age jut before responsibilty is expected of me, which means I can legitimately up sticks and leave to go gallivanting for a year or so. Which is exactly what I've done :]
I'm currently travelling around Australia for the next year(ish) and I have to admit, I'm not missing the glorious Glasgow weather...
When I'm not running off to the other side of the world you'd normally catch me in the pub with a couple of mates, frantically trying to meet a deadline or building a den in my room which I'll then sleep in for the next 3 months (true story).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

First experience of couch surfing was when I travelled over in Canada. It was pretty great to be honest.
A lot of cats and board games (which I should totally have won!) and brilliant banter.

Interests

Design - illustration&photography especially. Doc Martens. Shotokan karate. Peppermint tea&philladelphia on toast. Soup. Lots of soup. Music, books, films&general distractions from what I should really be doing. Comfortable beds with warm blankets. Gigs&house parties. Silver jewellery. Homemade cards. Dogs. Schirts.

Music is good. Very good.

There is nothing better than coming in at 4am after an absolute time with a few good mates and settling down with a VHS of a good 90's romcom.
