I've been on the road for 16 years, travvelling around Europe. I've always been involved in the squat, party and festival scene. I love the community, the chaos, the friendships, learning about each other though fun, laughter and sharing the hard time as well as the good.
I'm part of a dance troupe when I'm in the UK, which isn't often, but my home from home is Bristol when I'm there. I spend the summers at festivals and the winter making money for the next year.
I'm also interested in natural medicines, nature, cooking, dancing all night,costume making, dogs (I have one) and big, dirty trucks!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travelling around the americas, without a truck, so would love to meet up with people to show me the sights, sounds and life of the different places I'll be visiting

I also need to improve my spanish! so any help with that appreciated.

I'd like to find people to speak French with too. I'm only low level speaker,but I live in France &don't want to forget what I've learned

I don't watch tv&haven't owned 1 since I was 20. I'll watch films & series occasionally but this is usually a winter thing.
I don't play computer games,fund them very boring-I prefer to talk!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've done a few extraordinary things(as in, "thats ridiculous, it can't be true!" variety, but the one that always sticks in my mind was jumping on stage with Tom Jones, stealing the mike and forcing him to duet with me (Icant sing!!) He invited me back to the show the next day for free though!

I'm a qualified English teacher, so I would love to do a skill share or conversation swap..
I would love to learn to cook different dishes from around the world
I'm not too bad with tools (i'm a carpenter & can keep old vehicles on the road)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love cooking and I love a clean kitchen, so put me in there & i'm happy!
I'm not vegetarian but i dont eat meat often (i actually prefer a lush salad). I dont eat wheat or cow dairy (not through choice! ) &try not to eat sugar. I love making raw cakes though!
I can make natural products from plants and oils and am happy to share these skills.
