I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Santiago de Compostela (Galicia, Spain). I'm studying a PhD at my local University, and because of that I'm staying in Hamburg for a few months.
I love animals and nature, beautiful landscapes, playing the piano, learning languages and spending time with my two dogs that I adore! I'm an easy-going person, I really love meeting people from different places and sharing experiences and thoughts :)

After visiting many cities, I've realized that what makes them special are not the buildings or the touristic places, but their people and the lifestyle. Due to my work (and my beloved dogs), I usually can't stay in the places I visit for as long as I would like to, so it is really difficult to get to really know a city. With Couchsurfing I expect to meet local people, get the real essence of the places I visit and learn those curiosities you can't find on travel guides!
