About Me

Hello! I'm an open minded 21 year old university student from Germany and a huge fan of Couchsurfing. I've been travelling around Australia and New Zealand for 8 months and couchsurfed when ever possible, as I just love the whole concept of couchsurfing. Usually I try to give something back, whether it's by helping out around the house, a small present, or by cooking sth German for my hosts for example. I enjoy meeting people, reading, writing, cooking, diving, hiking and plenty of other things. And most important of all, travelling of course. At the age of 15 I went on a 5 months exchange to Australia, therefore I've kind of adopted that "easygoing attitude" and developed a passion for Straya and travelling at pretty young age ;) I always try to have a positive outlook on live an don't take things too serious, I don't like if people are just complaining about stuff without being willing to change them (unfortunately that's something really German ;)).
Sadly I am not traveling at the moment, but that means that I'll finally be able to host people myself. Please note that public transport from Stuttgart to my place isn't the best, it will take you up to an hour. Furthermore, I'd prefer hosting people who're not just after a free place to stay at, as I believe that couchsurfing is more about interaction between host&surfer. Looking forward to meeting you :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think couchsurfing offers a great opportunity, since it combines meeting and getting to know local people and therefore the chance to get to know the culture with a cheap and exiting way of travelling. I usually prefer staying with people who are interested in getting to know me and interact with their surfers. I had some really awesome cs experiences when that was the case.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There isn't the one amazing thing I've done, but many small things. I've been to Australia on my own when I was fifteen and I've learned diving in the age of 13, which was both pretty exiting. Also, I worked in refugee camps in Northern Greece for a couple of weeks, wich taught me a lot.
