ABOUT ME

Hi fellow surfers,
I am 24 year old Psychology student from Berlin now living in Jena. I would describe myself as a very curious person. I enjoy meeting new poeple and making new experiences. I like to listen to a good story and I'm quite chatty myself.

I havn't done as much travelling as I would like to lately. That's why I am planning a trip to the Balkans this summer to finally get out on the road again!

I hope to see you soon either on your couch or in my flat in Jena.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far, I mainly surfed on other poeple's couches but I am happy for any couchsurfer to stay at my place too. Due to the lack of an actual couch you will have to sleep on my camping mat though.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Although I joined the official CS community several years ago, I havn't made much use of the site yet. However, I am not a newcomer to the idea of traveling around surfing other people's couches and hosting others. So far, I have mainly surfed on the couches of foreign friends or friends' friends and hosted them in return.

My first "offical" couch was in Paris and I enjoyed every part of my stay there. I hosted my first guest back in London. Again, it was a good experience.

兴趣

music and especially singing(I've been in several choirs over the years now), always up for a good party, reading, listening to all sorts of stories and looking for stories to tell myself.

I love cooking with friends. My kitchen has been made into a lively cooking battle field many times. When I travel I am very keen on getting to know the local cuisine.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I had an amazing experience back in Scotland on a green hill close to Edinbrough. When I finally arrived at the top after two hours, there was this Scotsman in his kilt standing on the very top playing the bagpipe. It was a very rewarding and somewhat meditative moment overlooking the Scotish landscape accompanied with traditional music.
