Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had some great experiences of hosting but so far have not surfed - I'm looking forward to it! I've also done a bit of wwoofing - working on organic farms in exchange for food and accommodation.

Interests

Camping, hiking, swimming, wildlife, curling up with a great book, food - both the cooking and eating, films and anything to do with cinema, languages and the attempt to speak them.., exploring other countries, meeting up with old friends and making new ones, slightly drunken conversations where you figure out something really important but can't remember it the next day

I love books and films especially (too many favourites to list here), and with anyone who is interested could really talk about them till the sun goes down. But for those who aren't, I won't :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had an incredible 2 months working in a baboon sanctuary in South Africa. Would love to do something like that again.
