Hi my name is Clare, and I am a 22 year old recent graduate from the University of Louisville. My major was marketing, and for the last year I worked at a local non-profit that serves families who have children with disabilities. While I loved my job, I decided to take a break to pursue my dream of traveling! I started my journey in August 2017, and I'm excited for all of the places it will take me. I started in South America but have plans to go many more places! It will be a well balanced mix of volunteering and exploring all that the world has to offer.
One of my favorite parts about traveling is sharing my love of the game of soccer. Soccer has played a huge role in my life, and blessed me with many friendships and opportunities! I love that no mater where I am in the world, soccer gives me an opportunity to connect with others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couch surfing because not only will it allow me to experience all that the world has to offer without being limited by a tight budget, but it is also a great opportunity to form friendships and learn from hosts all over the world. One day after my adventures are over I hope to be able to return the favor!
