Canadian currently on exchange at the University of Edinburgh for a year. The only thing I love more than laughing and eating is my family. I came on exchange because I wanted to try new things, see the world from a different perspective, meet cool people and explore as much of Europe while I have the chance.

I'm currently on exchange and do not have room in my accommodations so I unfortunately can't host anyone right now. Hopefully when I get back to Canada I can, so sorry!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My friends just told me about couch surfing before coming to Europe for university. It seems like such an awesome and authentic way to experience the places you travel. I think most of the time the best part of those places are the people and I feel like this is a community of the most openminded and generous people.

Interests

I've always been really sporty and love being outdoors. I like curling up with a cup of coffee or a glass wine (or four, or a bottle, or a box...) and hanging out just as much as I like going out and playing a game of soccer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In the summers I work for a non-profit organization in my hometown of Kelowna, BC called CRIS Adaptive Adventures. We take with people with various mental and physical (dis)abilities on outdoor adventures like biking, hiking and kayaking. I have learned so many things from people who have such unique perspectives on life and I am so grateful I was given the opportunity to do so.
