ABOUT ME

I'm living in Toulouse for the year on my year abroad. Living and learning the french lifestyle in a colocation with the best people. I just want to make the most of my year, travel around France and Europe, meet lots of new people, share experiences, stories, wine, laughs, meals, conversations and good times!

PHILOSOPHY

Try everything and always be open to new people and new experiences. You never know who you will meet or what you'll learn about yourself and the world.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Be myself, be open to everyone on here and to all the experiences meeting them can bring! And of course when I have my very own couch I'll offer it gladly!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As you can probably see I'm quite new to this, but I think it's a fantastic idea and way of meeting and sharing things with people. I have had a few couchsurfing experiences in the UK and in Australia when travelling with a friend who does it and they were sooo much fun and lovely people :) not yet done it on my own though but eager to try.

I love reading, pour l'instant je lis la femme rompue par simone de beauvoir, but there are, as ever, too many good books still left to read.

What would life be without music? I love it all depending on my mood. Big fan of Joni Mitchell, Neil Young, Johnny Cash, Laura Marling, Feist, Mumford and Sons. Folk music, reggae, drum 'n' bass, rock, blues. Always looking for people to show me new music as I feel I don't know enough!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have dived on one of the top ten shipwrecks in the world :-) the Zenobia in cyprus. 30m underwater it is the strangest and most amazing feeling to swim alongside such an immense object, and to look above and just see endless water. I would recommend scuba diving to everyone.
