ABOUT ME

Hi I'm Klarien and when working, i'm a freelance propbuyer in Dutch film & television: Building/crafting/buying and styling, I love the vibe, the people and adrenaline on set. At the moment I'm hired to decorate a new shop in Rotterdam. A first timer and it's great!

In my freetime I'm still drawn to knicknacks/second hand shops/special locations. Besides that I really like nature, the countryside+farm animals, the sea. I recently picked up kitesurfing and I can't wait to have another lesson. I also love to dance, photography, going out with friends, have some drinks, go to musicfestivals, to the movies. If i'm not in the mood for all of this I'm playing music and/or read a lot: fantasy, thrillers and childrens pictures books.

Interests

Listening to music, making and eating food, Art & arthistory, photography, roaming bookshops, watching whole seasons of televisionseries in one day, cycling through the Dutch landscape, petting animals (baby cows and kittens preferred), trying to learn to kitesurf and at the moment I'm checking everything that has to do with my upcoming trip to San Francisco/Utah.
