I like to get out and about! I like to travel, see different parts of this massive state, hike, walk, try new things, like sports, hacky sack, bike rides, pretty much anything and everything! I like to try everything once.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I will host, and am hosted, as of now. I try to attend events to meet other couchsurfers. I plan to create my own events! I want to offer a free dance fitness class to communities and couchsurfing while I visit places in parks or on beaches! All I need is a decent speaker system, it could be small just as long as we can hear the music! I haven't done it yet though.. so if anyone has a speaker/boom box/whatever else would work, please let me know!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only recently been able to really utilize the couchsurfing website and it's many tools. I hosted once back home because my living conditions were not ideal for hosting and the CS community in Alaska is not very active, but I hope to help change that when I return and will surely be hosting as much as possible in the future. I am loving it and the new and awesome people I've met so far! Such variety and so cool! :D

I really love dance fitness! I teach classes including dance cardio/strength training and also Zumba! I love to go to live shows and to get down on the dance floor! I am into sustainable agriculture, and being aware of how we treat our bodies physically and the food we eat. Therefore I like to experiment with growing my own food organically and learn new ways of cooking. I like to support positive things and would like to think I'm an open book, waiting to be written! :) I love to laugh and to smile and to be a part of different and interesting things.

I like jammin bands, hip hop, some techno and electronic,funk, lots of rock- new and old, bluegrass, string music, mostly everything out there minus most country. I guess I'm a little picky! I most enjoy comedic movies such as the Love Guru, which is one of my favorites.

Live music always tends to leave me awestruck! I love the gyrating crowd, the mutual interest that brings everyone together, and the positive vibes!

I'm big into fitness and could teach some dance fitness moves perhaps! :D I can cook some pretty basic meals and wash some mean dishes if someone else cooks!
