ABOUT ME

Hi! We are an American couple enjoying our last few days in New Zealand before we head back to the states after a year away. We grew up together in a small town and eventually our dreams outgrew our town and we ended up halfway across the world. We're going back to America to finish our final year of University and then do some more traveling. I (Clarissa) am studying to be a teacher, I'm a quiet person who likes reading, writing, and creating. Ryker is studying heavy machinery, is very outgoing, has the most broad knowledge of random information of anyone I knew, and has about 532,008,761,001 friends. Basically we are exact opposites haha.

PHILOSOPHY

If we were meant to stay in one place we would have roots not feet.

We have not had our first couchsurfing experience but are definitely looking forward to it!

Interests

(Ryker) I really enjoy weight lifting, football, basketball, stickball, mountain biking, hiking, basically any sport, finding activities to do with Clarissa, draw superheroes because I want to be one, sing or at least try to, act, play weird board games no one knows about, think about ways to change the world (daydream) and I like to laugh.
(Clarissa) I love to hike and explore, I love walking for hours just to see a beautiful sight, i like blogging, journaling, reading, cooking, bringing home stray animals, window shopping, and of course traveling.
