ABOUT ME

I'm sunny and open, trustworthy and honest. I've studied Communication Studies in Padova (Italy). I've worked as a journalist and found out that it was just impossible to live by myself with that wage xD
Therefore, I completed a MSc in Sustainable Development in Kiel, wrote a thesis about Educational Sovereignty and worked for a while with an association in Rome. I still collaborate with them but for free and therefore I also have an "official job" in a startup called Withlocals.
I am traveling around as much as I can because I love meeting people, exploring places and falling in love with different cultures :)

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live my life pursuing happiness and beauty, inside and around me. I think we, as human beings, need to learn how to live in balance with the rest of the universe.
Curiosity is the trigger of my existence and I love to confront and experiment anything new I happen to find on my pathway. And if it doesn't arrive, I look for it! :) On the other hand, being respectful and openminded are two other key points.

I try to get the best out of avery day of my life, and to see the glass half full ^_^

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Because I love to travel and meet new people: The best way to discover a place is to get in touch with someone who is living there! Same it goes for hosting: I'll never deny hospitality to a traveller in need (unless I am not at home, or the place is already taken!)

兴趣

Reading, travelling around - the last time I tried for the first time hitchhiking and I loved it! -, judo and skiing. Just scratching the surface of concepts like "meditation and life-balance". Also getting enthusiastic about the slack line (have many friends who are very good at it and who teach me when they get to see me:). Another major love of mine are plants, as living beings in general, and also to grow and take care of.

A bed, some good coffee at breakfast and a warm overall environment in the house. For sure a glass of beer/wine and a nice talk. If we can arrange it, I am more than happy to spend also some time together wandering around the city :)
