ABOUT ME

I was an elementary school teacher for 38 years, teaching mostly first and second grade. I have two grown children, one of which wants to travel with me. I've been divorced for 20 years. I'm a very curious individual and have traveled a lot during my life. I've been to Europe three times and lived in SE Asia and Japan for seven years. When I found out about this site, I was very happy because it would give me an opportunity to meet local people and get an inside look at your country.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live my life in the most positive way possible. I'm curious and like to meet new people. I care more for the individual than corporations....minority rights!

I've stayed in people's homes in Europe before and I got to experience their country as a resident, not tourist.

The music I prefer is usually jazz, as well as old rock and roll, blues.....
