HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now, I will be participating my traveling to do osteological work in Germany and Poland, and visit friends in Italy. After I return, I will be happy to take on fellow sufers in the Big Apple! :)

I work with human bones almost every day, and it is truly amazing. I love physical anthropology!

I think it is amazing to see ordinary, everyday things happening in places and in ways unfamiliar to you. Even the most mundane tasks cease to be boring when you step outside your usual routine.

Make sure that you get addresses or meeting place locations & times from all of your hosts, and not just phone numbers alone. My first experience had a bit of a hiccup, and worked out just fine, but under other conditions, this could be scary! Just make detailed plans, and double-check them! If a prospective host would not want to give you their address/agree to a meeting time & place after agreeing to host you, that'd be a HUGE red flag!
