I coach on healthy habits related to training, nutrition, mindset, recovery and also am a Reiki practitioner. I'm a rebel nomad entrepreneur at heart; I love impacting and inspiring people to live a fulfilling healthy life on their own terms.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I left for Australia with a bag and a one way ticket, but no plans at all on my own! Ended up staying a year and half and made awesome memories and friends; tried so many things I never thought I would have the chance to do. Changed my life perspective and came back a whole new me; more aligned with my core values.

That trip was the beginning of my nomad life and transformed a lot in my personal and professional life.
