I was born in Peru, raised in Cleveland and moved to the Chicago suburbs at 15. I'm now spending most of my time working a few different jobs to save up for the occasional bit of travelling.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people and sharing stories and good company. CS has introduced me to some new friends that I would have never had the opportunity to get to know otherwise. Up until this point I've been very fortunate to be hosted by some great people who have inspired me and whose advice and philosophies I still remember and carry with me.. When I reach the next stage in life where I, you know, have my own place, I'm excited to be on the other side of surfing and get to show some hospitality in return.

Interests

I love to dance and watch dance and teach dance and anything dance. I also take too many photos wherever I ago. I like hiking, traveling, animals, laughing, piano, camping, and eating! And sleeping through anything in any position at any time... I'm pretty good at that

Music, Movies, and Books

I love the Lord of the Rings music, movies, and books! I like just about any type of music, bonus points if it's something you can dance to. I'm just starting to read on a regular basis so I'm definitely in need of some book suggestions!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've seen was the city of Huaraz, Peru and its surrounding mountains and lagoons. I still daydream about it after 12 years and can't wait to go back. The most amazing thing I've done up until now is flown a plane... if I had some endless cash I would love to pick it up full time, but I'm happy with at least having that one experience

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach (and love to learn) different styles of dance. I'd also really like to learn how to survive in the wilderness, fly a plane, and speak Italian.
