Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first and only couchsurfing experience so far happened a few days ago, when I went to a couchsurfing meeting in Amsterdam. I had a great time, I met really cool people and that's why I'm now a CS member|

Interests

Travelling, cats and dogs, LOST ( I almost felt depressed after that magical last episode) and other TV shows, movies ( I have an IMDB account where I inlist all the movies I've seen or will see - that's the moviefreak in me!)and books, lots of books.
I like to sing very loud when I'm driving my car but sadly I don't sing very well!
I enjoy running, swimming and working out.
My favourite season is Winter, specially stormy and cold winters, and that I can´t explain.
I love to be around people who make me laugh.
I like good food and good wine, mixed with real good friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

Last year I fulfilled a dream: I went to the U2 concert in Coimbra and when they entered the stage I almost started crying ( it was one more check on my checklist)!
About movies...I saw so many movies, I laughed, I cryed, I learned!!! In a movie, regardless of the genre, I just like to feel that my life changed a little after The End emerged on the screen.
Books... someone once said that the world was divided in those who read Lord of The Rings and those who didn't. Well, I read them and I loved it! I read a lot, I enjoy classic and contemporary literature, from Jane Austen to Gabriel Garcia Marquez. I only try to stay away from non-fiction (reality is usually harsh) and cheesy romances!
