About Me
!!! Please read the Home section before making your request - SVP, lisez la section Domicile avant de faire votre demande !!!
I am passionate about arts and travelling. I have a master's degree in theater but I'm also very curious about dance, music, visual arts, etc. I love meeting new people of different horizons and see how we get along, or not! I wish to discover "unseen" places, try new ways of living...I am not too much into sports but I do enjoy a long hike or walk, particularly if the landscape or the company is worth it!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
In the summer of 2014, I spent two months in France, hitchhiking around with my boyfriend and enjoying being host by nice couchsurfers. It's been one of the most wonderful experience I had so far. Then later I went to France and Belgium again, been hosted by other means than CS and when I went back home, I really wanted to give back to the travellers coming to my town. That is when I opened my own acount and started hosting. I also traveled in New Zealand for a year with my boyfriend. Didn't have a lot of luck with finding hosts outside of Auckland, but I still belive in this awesome way of visiting other countries and meeting locals. My last CS experience was in Hawaii with this awesome couple who really made me feel like family!
Interests
I love cultural activities in general : theater, dance, concerts, museums, galleries, etc. I read a lot and am interested in everything that involves human relationships, it's fascinating!

Music, Movies, and Books
Briefly in music I enjoy "chanson française", FIP is my favorite radio (feels like it's always tailored to my mood!). one of my favorite movie director is Wes Anderson, I love Miyazaki's animated films and as for books, it's too hard, there's so many of them (recently I was completly awed by My Favorite Thing is Monsters, the graphic novel by Emil Ferris).
What I Can Share with Hosts
I don't really like seeing CS as a "service exchange", I prefer to think about it as an opportunity of meeting different people. Then again, when someone hosts me, I like to cook with or for them in order to share a nice meal together.
