ABOUT ME

I love organic gardening and being in nature, wrote a book on it called The Art of Sacred Gardening: Creating Beauty and Abundance in Harmony with Nature, I play and teach African drumming, love dancing, ultimate frisbee, I am a certified Breema Bodywork practitioner and instructor, love playing with kids, building healthy culture and community, natural building, sacred geometry and art, love to sing, love learning and anything in healing and conscious awareness.

PHILOSOPHY

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived for 20 years on Cortes Island in BC and raised my daughter in the arms of Nature. Seen so many lives touched and changed by living with loving caring people on a small island.
