ABOUT ME

I was born in Montevideo, Uruguay, in 1981. Sadly, I do not have brothers or sisters, but then again, I'd like to think of that as an encourage for searching for them beyond blood restrains. I think I have suceeded many times :).

After ending higschool, I really didn't know what to do. I always liked to read, so studying to be a literacy teacher seemed proper... but then things got ugly here in 2002, in many ways. I still wasn't sure about my studies, and I had started looking for a job since a long time then with no luck. I left Uruguay, and went to Spain (because my grandparents are from there) to work for a while, while clearing my mind regarding my future.

Well, I spent there about 5 years, and I still don't have many clues about it, but I can tell that I feel traveling should be an important part of my life!

What else... I play the guitar, not very well but enough as to record some songs that you can check out in www.reverbnation.com/claudiogancedo. I think friendship is one of the most important things in life. I love my daughter in law, Belén :) She's the celebration of life (I've got some pics of her in my profile)
