PHILOSOPHY

I try to live healthy, positive and do the things I like and think less on myself and more at other people. I try to make up my own idea about life/religion, but if I should adobt to a "shelf religion" then it would be budhisme.

"There is no need for temples, no need for complicated philosophies. My brain and my heart are my temples, my philosophy is kindness" Dalai Lama.

Don't judge those who try and fail, judge those who fail to try

Many years ago I read the german version of the book "The nine insights" by James Redfield, which gave me the idea to listen and think more with my heart than with my brain (hey I am only human, so I can do nothing more than trying)

I wanted to drive around The Chinese Sea, so in the beginning of 2011 I tavelled from Manila to Bangkok on a 5 months bicycle trip.

Also it was a very nice expirience to take a 14 days course in massage in Chiang Mai in Thailand at The Old Medicine School (http://www.focusfoto.dk/travel/massage/index_html.html)together with arround 20 other students from nearly as many countries.
