I love to experience new things and I find no greater pleasure than when adventuring. I am open to the world around me and love hearing about different perspectives, as I develop my own world view. I'm pretty spontaneous and fun, though I also enjoy slowing down an enjoying the moment at times. I try to be as independent as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not yet CouchSurfed but I have heard about it from friends and fellow travelers, who all strongly recommended it. I'm excited to become a part of the community!

Interests

First and foremost, I really like to travel. I would love to be able to travel the world for the rest of my life, always exploring and learning about new places, people, and things; nothing excites me more. I am however, also rather interested in my education. I go to Warren Wilson in Asheville NC. I am passionate about literature, I love to both read and write. I am also extremely interested in the outdoors, I love to hike, camp, and just appreciate the wonderful natural world. Music is another thing that grabs my attention, while I cannot play, I find music to be one of the best art forms to appreciate! I am also interested in Yoga, and spend as much time as I can practicing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This past summer I took a road trip across the US. I had never seen most of the country, and had never spent such much time traveling. On the trip I became a much more independent and adventurous person, and I have to say that it was the best experience of my life so far. I was able to visit some truly amazing places; one of them being New Orleans. Staying in the city and experiencing the culture was great. It captivated me, and I cannot wait to return one day! Arriving at the Big Sur was another intense moment. I had wanted to visit for so long and finally seeing the beautiful mountains and walking the cold windy beaches was an unbelievable moment. To date, it is the most wonderful place I have ever visited.
