ABOUT ME

Hello everybody!
I am Cléa, from France :)
Currently living in Toronto, and eager to discover some more about Canada before I head back to France in August.

I am a very curious person, passionate about reading & mountains.

The dream would be to be reading by a lake with a breathtaking view over the mountains :D

PHILOSOPHY

One year ago, I had a great revelation : you can't spend your life worrying for other people, because that same people won't necessarily be in your life forever, and most of them don't care at all that you worry for them. Since then, I've been living for myself, enjoying my own things, and I have to say it's been the best year I ever lived !

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I couch-surfed when I arrived in Toronto, and it was one of the most exciting experience I had in Toronto.
My plan is to become a host when I come back to France, because it's such and incredible experience

I've been reading every day of my life since I was taught to, it's an activity that's absolutely part of myself.
I've always loved the pets.
I recently discovered that I had a passion for photography.
Last but not least, I love to learn foreign languages ; next on my list : German !

音乐、电影和书籍

I've always watched a lot of movies with my family. I love sci-fi, superheroes, comedies, but since I'm a girl, I also like girly movies too (must be in the genes).
I basically listen to all types of music. I have a passion for Original Soundtracks, my favorite being Daft Punk's Tron.
I tend to read every book I find, although these past 3 years I've been focusing on French litterature, my top-5 authors being Boris Vian, Balzac, Maupassant, Madame de Lafayette, Jules Verne. If you want advice on a book to read, I'd be glad to help you !
I've read all the currently published books from "Game of Thrones" ! So much better than the tv show :D

Well, I guess that in a month I will be able to say "going to Canada on my own for a whole year".
