Hello!
I'm Clemence, I was born in France but moved to the US when I was 13 and I lived in the Netherlands for 3 years! Now I am travelling in South America (so far just Argentina but I am planning to go to Bolivia, Peru, Brazil and more countries!)
I finished a master in clinical psychology and I was working as a therapist for kids with autism. I also had a second job in my climbing gym where I tapped beer, served coffee and just welcomed people :)
I love bouldering (I discovered it when I move to Leiden and since then I have never stopped), learning new languages (currently trying arabic and Portuguese) and doing yoga.
Whenever I can I like to go travelling abroad, mostly to backpack, hike, rock climb or any other active activities I can get my hands on.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I discovered couchsurfing when i travelled to Japan and had to find a place to stay (my cousin told me about it so I thought I would give it a try). I loved this first stay because it changed my whole trip; we now had a local tour guide who told us so much about his culture! I wasn't able to use couchsurfing again because of the pandemic but I am now excited to start again! In general I love meeting new people when I am abroad so this is the perfect way to do so!
