My name is Clémence aka Clem, I'm 25 years old. I'm an au pair in the US since April 2014. I was in Boston for 9 months and now I'm in San Jose since January. I'm leaving the U.S. in November but before that my sister and I will take the road. I are planing to go to Los Angeles, San Diego, Joshua three, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, The Death Valley, Yosemite then back to San Jose and San Francisco. I'm on charge of the organization for this road trip. I was thinking about takes rooms in some hostels but I also would like to try couch surfing and meet new people during this trip. I would like to show to my sister the American culture and the best way to discover it is to share moments with American people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I always wanted to try it, and hopefully I'll find some fun people who would be ok to let my sister and I sleep at them house and share good time. I wish I could host some people when I'm leaving back to France.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being an au pair is one amazing thing I've done. My English was so bad when I moved in the US, now I can understand everything, most of my friends are from an other country, I found a second family in this country and an other house. When I'll leave the country I'll never be the same.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I could cook a delicious meal, and share a nice dinner with good conversation and wine. We could visit the city together, go in a bar take a drink , and dance if we are in the mood.
