My name is Clint and I am an American traveler who is slowly backpacking around the world. I am interested in long distance trekking, mountain and indigenous cultures, and off the beaten path travel experiences. When in cities I like to visit busy markets, historical sites, and of course eat the best local food possible. I am always looking for an authentic experience and become easily underwhelmed visiting crowded tourist attractions. I enjoy meeting local people everywhere I go, as it always makes for a great learning experience!

I’ve backpacked alone through the highest mountains in the world - Himalaya (India & Nepal), Karakoram (Pakistan), Pamir (Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan), and Andes (South America - From Ecuador to the southern tip of the continent in Argentina)
