Thoughts are viruses that infect your entire reality. Be careful to which ones you let enter the system.

If you can control your thoughts you can control your destiny.
If you can control your perception you can control your reality.

Free yourself from hope.
Accept things how they are, and start living.
You can't experience NOW until you stop hoping for something better.

They say without pain and suffering we wouldn't know pleasure and joy, but what if out purpose here is to learn to love the bad as well as the good. Maybe instead of loving life despite of it's flaws, we're meant to love it's flaws just as much as it's beauty. What if we have the power to deliver ourselves?

The outer is just a reflection of the inner. The universe is your mirror. When you see something you dislike, it's merely a reflection that you despise. You're seeing yourself in a new light, from a different angle. Learn to love yourself by loving the world around you.

Just like a computer that gets bogged down with the more information you store on it, maybe we too get bogged down with our memories and worries, our regrets and desires, our grudges, our thoughts. The less programs we have running in the background the more efficient of a machine we are. We all could stand to do a little mental cleaning.
