To be a positive influence while exploring and discovering as many amazing places and people as I can, one day at a time...
I'm origionally from a dairy farm in Pennsylvania moved to South Beach, Miami where i finished college and lived for 6 years. Went to Brasil for 5 years and now i am back in the Northeast spending time with my family and trying to become a brewer all while enjoying everything that nature has to offer.
I am always telling jokes, funny stories, laughing and doing crazy things... yet I know when to joke around and when to get things done. I always try to make things fun and make people laugh and smile because I know we do not smile enough these days and things aren't as bad as we make them and allow them to eat away at our souls. I believe in having good Karma.. yet im not an idiot and know when not to pass up a good thing. I am not an envious person and enjoy others' success and achievements. I am not an "out of sight, out of mind" kind of person. I do my best to be environmentally responsible and to lead by example. Ignorance is not an excuse for being a dumbass.
I really like sharing my life and helping others, listening to stories about our experiences as well as learning from and helping each other and exploring. I love getting different opinions and exploring ideas and possibilities. I think anything is possible.
I love learning and experiences. Whether it is something new or just another way to do something or think about something that I already know. I've been known to intrigue a few people and make them laugh a lot. I am a very a inspirational, positive and motivational person.
My favorite quote is: "To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better; whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded" -Ralph Waldo Emerson
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I do my best to go to the weekly meetings since I have language knowledge and can help people communicate if theres a barrier. Also i like meeting new people/visitors, help them in any way I can and as well as make some new friends. I hope some day i can visit someones country for a day or if i have a layover, we can rock out and eventually be able to do the same for that person or a friend of theirs visiting in my country.
Im still a couch-surfing virgin so someone invite me to your town for a weekend so I can have my first CS experience!! I have been attending the BH, SP, and NYC meetings and have met some of the nicest people and continue to be friends afterwards.
To share and experience great things that should be known or experienced during my time on earth. Getting the most out of life and not waste any time while doing so. Jokes, traveling, story telling, Wine, Artesianal Cheeses, Cooking, exploring, experiencing new cultures, meeting new people, learning and trying new things...and single malt scotches.
To: helping others and offering my advice and experiences, international friendships and good vibrations. Feed me your knowledge and whatever exotic you have in your refrigerator! ;)
