Hi everyone! My name is Ilya and a hyperactive and dynamic person. I walk and learn fast. I set and achieve goals believing that I should change our world. I've been working in AIESEC for some years with the Country director — Russia as the last experience. So I've visited many places and met many people of different cultures and perspective. Currently, I've been employed by Sberbank (the biggest Russian bank) as customer analyst aiming to open my own startup soon.

About me as a guest: I always keep things clean and well packed. I don't smoke and prefer to sleep in a quiet place (sometimes I use earplugs). I wake up and go to sleep pretty early then start a day having a warm-up and a huge breakfast. I'm a pescetarian and a strong lover of vegan food.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was dreaming to go to the US for the entire life and finally I've got such opportunity. This summer I'm going to visit New York, San Jose and San Francisco (late June — July). Unfortunately, the friend with whom we were planning to travel didn't get the visa. Well, still chasing the dream, I decided to travel alone and I desperately want to meet new people and get to know US culture. In return, I'm ready to share a lot of things about my experience and Russia.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was the youngest Country manager in AIESEC in Russia history and I've been pleasured to lead a great team that had overcome plenty of obstacles together. Being daily challenged, I'd managed to transform myself that allowed me to transform my team and company.
