Has the art of writing a proper request been lost? Couchsurfing is not just a place to get a free room for the night, it is a community, with structure and traditions. If you are new here, I suggest you do some research to learn and practice them as otherwise hosts like me who have been around these parts for a very long time will likely ignore your requests.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I used Couchsurfing years ago while backpacking and previously hosted a number of surfers. I loved the experience of both surfing and hosting in the past and would like to, host, surf on some couches and meet some new people, enjoying their community and culture through their experiences and hopefully add to those experiences with my own.

Interests are, hiking, camping, love to cook and try new foods, craft beer, Whiskey/ Scotch/ Bourbon, reading, restoring classic cars & bikes.
