ABOUT ME

I'm a journalism student from Sweden, currently doing a semester in Mechelen, Belgium. I can't host anyone at the moment, but I would love to meet up with people for a cup of coffee or maybe dinner, so send me a message if you are interested.

I'm often perceived as a very outgoing person, and I do love to meet new people, but at the end of the day I am quite introverted and in need of a lot of personal space. Don't let that scare you off, though, because I really love meeting people, especially when I'm travelling.

Interests

I love singing, playing the piano (though I'm not very good at it), writing, reading, talking to my friends about nothing in particular, having a nice meal with friends, and cuddling with my dog. I also love doing different kinds of crafts. At the moment I'm very into cross stitching, but I also love knitting, crocheting and scrap-booking.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I really loved visiting Chicago. It was a beautiful city, and a lot friendlier than New York, in my opinion. Me and my friends walked along the shore of Lake Michigan, watching a wonderful sunset.
I also am extremely fond of the English countryside and smaller cities/towns in the UK, and really enjoyed my stay in Scarborough and the surrounding areas a few years ago. I love the rolling hills, the moors and the beautiful stone houses!

Teach, Learn, Share

I hope to learn about different cultures and maybe some phrases in a foreign language. I can teach you some nice Swedish phrases, as well as knitting and crocheting if you are interested!
