I'm currently traveling to schools auditioning to get into a Masters degree program for Cello Performance

ABOUT ME

I am a musician who has devoted my life to cello playing. I want to eventually make my living playing the cello in any capacity. In order to make this happen, I feel that I need a graduate degree in music. My other great passion is climbing. I am a professional rock climbing guide in Northern Montana during the summers.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like movies that explore people's consciousness. Numb, Lost in Translation, Guide to Recognizing Your Saints, etc. I enjoy all types of music, but lately I've been getting into acoustic rock and bluegrass. I don't find a lot of time to read, but when I do, I like to read biographies, collections of articles, and Harry Potter.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've climbed El Capitan and Half Dome in Yosemite.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know lots about climbing, classical music, and the Honda Insight Hybrid car. I've had lots of experiences traveling and meeting people and love to share my experiences. Currently I would love to learn more about the cities I'm visiting for graduate schools, and also I would like to learn more about High Voltage battery technology.
