I'm a very open minded and curious person who's always searching for something. I always want to learn and try out new things.
I like getting to know new people and listen to their stories, experiences and opinions while sharing mine.
I'm having some crooked sense of humor, according to my friends I make very bad jokes (but I love to do so!) and I have a really loud laugh.
In the evenings I like to go out and drink a beer and have deep and Long discussions but I also enjoy quiet evenings at my home. I really like people but I also need a lot of time for myself. I also like to go out partying once in a while but in general I'm more a "bar-person", although I LOVE to dance!
Also I'm a vegetarian and always searching for new recipes and inspiration for my cooking. Oh, and I'm playing the ukulele, although I'm not doing very good^^

2017-2018 I made my dreams come true and went on a world trip. It has been really an awesome and changing experience. Couchsurfing has added a great deal to it being so amazing, thanks again for all the insane hospitality!

What else...I'm a midwife and this plays a huge role in my life. My work is really my passion.

Because of this I'm mostly on call and have to be ready to attend a birth so if you're coming to Munich for partying my place might not be the best option for you.
I also can't host too many nights per month because of my work and 2-3 nights would be a maximum. Also a certain amount of flexibility is needed because of me being on call but usually everything works out just fine. Communication is the key! =)

When I'm travelling I don't just want to see the country with its sightseeing highlights and cities and so on, I want to get to know the people who live there because I think only then you really see and understand a country.

As a host I mainly want to give back. I have experienced so much kindness and met so many incredible people during my world trip 2017-2018 and I just want to give back. I want to help that people can make the same great experiences that I had and will have an awesome and safe journey.
On top of that just love connecting to people from all over the world.

Musica, film e libri

I listen to really different kinds of music depending on my mood and the situation. I'm always a little bit shy to share it (I don't really know why), but I'm always interested in what other people are listening to!

I don't watch many movies, but when I do it's usually something more serious, but I'm also pretty much into fantasy movies.

I really love to read although I'm not doing it as much as I've used to. It's the same as with the movies, I like more serious books and fantasy. Right now I'm reading Salman Rushdie's "Midnight's Children" and I love it although it's quite challenging to read.
